Sorry for the long delay, been busy cycling and enjoying my new S3
I wanted to write to thank you for your professional and friendly service. I am very happy with my Cervelo S3, and the main reason that I got the bike would be the great and friendly service that I experienced at your shop.
On my first visit to Bikes and Bites, you were very patient and answered all my queries even though I mentioned that I was just browsing and had no intention to buy. And on my next trip with my mind made up to buy the bike, you and the team tried your best to assemble the bike so that I could have it for my upcoming ride, kudos again for the prompt and good service.
I have sort of lost count on the times I have visited since, but my most recent one was on my ‘warranty claim’ (if one can call it that) on my shoes bought about 1 month back. You once again took up the issue and assisted in getting the shoes changed for me. From our conversation, I understood that could only happen because of your good relationship with the supplier. Which is no surprise to me, from my short 2 months of knowing you and seeing how you interact with the people who goes to your shop, it is only expected that you would also have established great relationships with your suppliers.
I would continue to recommend my friends to frequent your shop knowing that they will also experience the great and professional service, and be in your good hands.
